Return/Refund Policy
At Grove Pools, we are committed to providing high-quality custom pool and spa solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us.
We do local delivery only in the QuadState area: Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
1. Custom Pool & Spa Projects
- Due to the custom nature of our pool and spa design and installation services, all sales are considered final once a project contract is signed and work has commenced.
- Cancellations requested before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs (such as design fees, permits, or materials already purchased).
2. Retail Products & Accessories
- Unused, unopened retail products or accessories purchased from our showroom may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Opened or used items, chemicals, or custom-ordered products are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Service Appointments
- Service appointments (maintenance, cleaning, repairs) canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
